CREDIT TERMS:
All accounts are prepaid by VISA, Mastercard, or by cheque. Where insufficient funds are enclosed with order, shipment will be held for full payment. Any overpayment will be refunded with order.
BACK ORDERS:
Where custom leather or non-stocked items are requested, please expect a delay of 4 to 6 weeks. Many orders are shipped in 2 to 4 weeks. We also require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all custom leather and some special order items.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS:
Unless you specifically request that your entire order be shipped at one time, we will ship from stock first and then weekly as special orders come in from the manufacturers.
TARGET PURCHASES:
Large 'Silhouette' targets are available in quantities of 250 and must be shipped by Loomis Ground because of the weight and size of package. Canpar does not ship to the East from Victoria.
SMITH & WESSON WARRANTY:
Smith & Wesson requires proof of purchase for all warranty repairs. When shipping a firearm on behalf of a customer please enclose a copy of the bill of sale. (Customer is responsible for shipping to the Repair Centre only - return shipping is covered under warranty). All firearms must be carefully packaged to prevent shifting within the package. Please ship firearms to our Brentwood Bay P.O. Box address by Loomis Courier ONLY. Carefully unload all firearms before shipping and send explanatory notes where clarification is required.
FIREARM REPAIRS AND CHARLTON CUSTOM REVOLVERS:
All firearms requests and repairs must be directed to our Brentwood Bay P.O. Box address or to our phone/fax numbers in Western
Canada. If you have not already done so, please be sure to send us copies of your permits for our files.
PRICES AND SALES TAX:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please note that on quoted pricing, Provincial Sales Tax and G.S.T. are extra. Provincial
sales tax will be charged on your invoice unless a P.S.T. Exempt Number is on our files. Prices do not include shipping and handling.
RETURNS:
No returns for custom leather orders. Our authorization must precede all returns. Please package carefully, and insure fully with the carrier. Where shipping charges are the responsibility of M.D. Charlton Co. Ltd., we reserve the right to specify the carrier. A 15% restocking charge will apply to all goods returned after 30
days. Freight prepaid.
