Mr. Marks currently delivers training programs on behalf of M. D. Charlton Law Enforcement Training Academy to Emergency Response Teams (S.W.A.T. Teams), Public Order Units, and Military Specialty Units across Canada. Walter J Rossa: Mr. Rossa has over 30 years law enforcement experience with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Mr. Rossa specializes in dog handling, training, and was responsible for supervising dog handlers and police dogs for the RCMP. Other areas of competencies and accomplishments include:
