Mr. Mark's career in Law Enforcement includes assisting in the design and facilitation of the first comprehensive Use of Force Program for Peace Officers with the ministry of Public Safety & Security in Ontario. This program screened and trained qualified Use of Force Instructors in the delivery of use of force programming to officers in the field. Mr. Marks currently delivers training programs on behalf of M. D. Charlton Law Enforcement Training Academy to Emergency Response Teams (S.W.A.T. Teams), Public Order Units, and Military Specialty Units across Canada. These qualifications reinforce his position as one of the leading authorities in Law Enforcement and Military training in the country.
Walter J Rossa: Mr. Rossa has over 30 years law enforcement experience with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Mr. Rossa specializes in dog handling, training, and was responsible for supervising dog handlers and police dogs for the RCMP. Other areas of competencies and accomplishments include:
