M D Charlton Company (MDC) is actively following along with the government announcements amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The safety of our customers and our employees remains our top priority and as of March 17, 2020, retail locations in Mississauga, Stittsville, Vancouver, and Victoria will be closed for the foreseeable future. While all our retail stores are closed, phone orders will be accepted and shipped to you or pick up can be arranged.
For those of you concerned about your orders, we have reduced MDC staff on-site but our three warehouses are operating as usual.
To continue to serve our community to the best possible standard, the MDC inside and outside sales teams will still be available while working from home for business as usual. We would also like to direct you to our online store at mdcstore.ca so you can shop our retail products while our retail locations are closed.
